We serve the cities of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City, and the counties of Clark, Lincoln, Nye and Esmeralda.

Our Vision is that all Southern Nevadans have the tools to succeed in the workplace.

Our Mission is to develop a world class workforce through innovative market driven strategies that are relevant to Southern Nevada’s employers and job seekers.

To meet these goals, Workforce Connections distributes funds earmarked for training, apprenticeships and other viable approaches designed to couple the right workers with the right employers. Rather than finding employment for job seekers, we work with relevant agencies and organizations to connect those looking for a job with the best resources available so that they can make a difference in their own lives.
